Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return according to the conditions below.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Items must include original packaging and tags.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
• Items without original packaging or tags.
• Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
